Your data rights

How to make a data protection request.

Version 1Effective 12 August 2026Last updated 12 August 2026

Making a request

You can ask us to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is inaccurate
  • Delete your information where we no longer need it
  • Restrict or object to our processing
  • Port information you gave us to another provider
  • Withdraw consent for cookies (use Cookie settings in the footer — no request needed)

How to ask

Email us with the subject line "Data rights request" using the contact address in our privacy notice. Tell us which right you want to use and enough detail for us to find your information.

What happens next

We acknowledge your request, may ask for proof of identity, and respond within one calendar month. If your request is complex we may extend by up to two further months and will tell you why.

There is no fee unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Requests about an enquiry

If your request relates to an enquiry you submitted on app.ssorted.com, that service is a separate system with its own privacy notice — tell us and we will point you to the right contact.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
